SSH problem

Dear All,
Whenever i issue:
#ssh -p 7322 user@ip_address i get the following error msg
ssh: connect to host <ip address> port 7322: Connection timed out

Could anyone help me regarding this issue

If you are refering to the vm19 then mine is one vm18
