The 32 has Snapshots. Will I be charged?

I noticed that the control panel on The 32 has snapshots. If I use it will I be charged? If so, can you add a warning?

Does it allow you to perform one? The option should be there, but where the "Perform Snapshot" button should be it should state that the maximum snapshots has been exceeded (which is 0). Even with the 32 you can pay for snapshots to be added, although for the price you might be better off just moving to the 64.
