Order Form Credit Card Error

On the Order Form the field labeled "Card Number" produces an error, "Entry does not contain the required 15 numbers." I am using MasterCard and it has 16 numbers. Can you resolve this?

Hi,

Thanks... had fixed this for American Express but it seems it breaks VISA/MC now. I just tested with both AMEX and VISA/MC numbers and it works now.

My attempts, while it was broken, resulting in me getting an invoice but my logon credentials do not let me into biling. Also, I got invoiced for 2. Can you fix that an e-mail me? Delete one and get my login working or delete everything and I'll start over from the top, your choice. What I want to avoid, however, is that awful hosting situation where I never got into the billing or server system right and I'm the one stuck with the IP address that always flakes, etc!

You can just sign-up regularily... the other accounts were automatically disabled when the CC couldn't be processed. This is ubersmith billing system and it works pretty well.
