Ok, all of this is in reference to what's available at billing.unixshell.com...
If at all possible it would be nice if you added some "enterprise" level functionality ala domain registrations where you have billing, technical, and other contacts associated with the account.
I didn't really catch it until today when I pushed the idea of a VPS for the company since previously I've only worked with my account, however in small companies it's often the VP's or other management that has the company credit cards (CC's are required for sign up), but still the IT/SysAdmin folks that have to actually do all the work associated with the account.
So expanding on this say you add one or two technical contacts (primary & backup), and maybe a misc contact, it would then be handy to be able to toggle which contact e-mails are used for announcements/alerts/etc. Example... in many places the VP's could probably care less that you have made Gentoo 2005.1 available, however that's information the technical contacts would probably want to know.
And on top of that the ability to add/change/delete various contacts should be an option (with the requisite e-mails going out to the contacts alerting/confirming said changes).
Just a thought.
