The more I read about XEN the more excited I get. I do have some questions though.
Are we able to recompile our own kernels?
If I buy lets say "the 64", am I limited to 64mb of ram, or is that the bare minimum that will always be available to me?
I notice support tickets are 10 dollars each, do you have a guarenteed turn around time or resolution time for these tickets?
Do you have physical access to the machines? What form of monitoring are you using? (nagios, big brother...etc)
I saw some mention of console on WHT but I don't see any mention of it here? Does it exist?
Seeing that the servers are opterons, would I be able to install lets say x86_64 packages?
Whats the turn around on account setup?

Some answers from a customer :)
Are we able to recompile our own kernels?
Not now. Just modules.
You have exactly 64MB of RAM. Always.
Current Xen does not suppor 64bit processors. When Xen 3.0 stable will be released and installed we will be able to choiche between 32bit or 64bit kernels and packages. This is what matta promised us :)
Mine has been set up in less than 24 hours.

We do not guarantee a turn around time for non emergency issues, but I can tell you if a host server goes down, we know about it before you. Support tickets are answered in the order they come in, and you are not charged unless we have to resolve an issue not caused by us, our hardware, or someone else accessing your server.

We have hands in our datacenter in Atlanta and a direct line to the floor. We also have remote power and console. Anything but hardware swaps, we can take care of, and GNAX is very good about getting a machine back up and running.
We do use Naigos monitoring, it checks all of our servers every two minutes, if one goes down, it pages all of our engineers.

Teknic is web-based control panel software developed in-house to provide access that will make you feel as if your server is located right next to you. It was designed by our engineers who are on the forefront of VPS technology and one of the largest Xen providers.
Whats the turn around on account setup?
Account setups generally are done within 24-48 hours, but we have added some features to speed that process up. So i can't guarantee it, but most likely setups will be done in less than 12 hours.
