My /etc/resolv.conf on my virtual server is set to:
nameserver 69.93.28.254
nameserver 69.93.28.254
nameserver 69.93.28.254
and this server is currently down.

nameserver 209.51.143.76
nameserver 69.93.28.254
nameserver 209.51.128.19
That's what mine looks like.

I changed my resolv.conf to read as shown above, but now all 3 servers are unreachable/non-operational.

They're still down? I posted an support ticket 3 days ago on this. But, since I bypassed the problem by using my ISP's dns, things are working for me.
I can't believe it's been 3 days, and dns is still not working. That's a critical issue, right? I mean, mail wont work without it, for one thing.
Is it a problem on a particular VM? Mine is vm5.
EDIT: I just tested 209.51.128.19 with nslookup from my pc, and it's working fine.
EDIT2: Just tested the other two, they are not working. Neither 69.93.28.254 or 209.51.143.76. Maybe just put the ...19 server on the top of the list for now. I am still using my ISP though, until I see more than 1 going.

209.51.143.76 is functioning properly and is our primary resolver. It runs dnscache and is therefore limited to resolving only for our specific subnets (there is no way without patching the source to allow dnscache to resolve for anyone).
All of our hosts use 209.51.143.76 and it is indeed working fine.
69.93.28.254 runs bind 9 and it seems named died. Note that this resolver will be going away shortly and we will send out a mass e-mail before we turn it off.
We will be opening a POP in Phildelphia over the next few months and moving our redundant segments there (ie. backup resolver, dns, mx, etc).
