new deployment was 24 hours now 3-6 days

Sometime in the last couple of days, the turn around time for a new virtual server went from 24 hours to 3-6 days. I am not upset about that, but you should probably set expectations in the email sent out. I would not have known the new timeframe without going back to the order page and seeing the info there.

Since I have to wait a little while longer still for the new server, I thought I would ask the question. Does the billing start on the date of order or on the date the virtual server is available?

I am gonna assume the former, since the first month is half price...

What has happened is we are NOW backed up on orders as we had a huge influx. WE actually have a brand new server sitting there with all the software installed, but in order to expedite the process and use a GigaByte over Tyan motherboard and Xen does not like the on-board ATI card at all so it won't boot with a Xen kernel.

For this reason I put the message up, trust me i'm trying to get this server setup ASAP.

Yes the renew date is 30 days from when the server is setup.
