I had been running a paid mailing list service for past 3 years on a shared hosting but now the number of clients I have has gone beyond the skope of shared hosting. So m planning to move on to a VPS. Before buying one I wanted to enquire, m I allowed to run such a service here. Its not at related to SPAM. Its a true and genuine paid mailing list service where each client pays for every single mail he/she sends in the form of credits in thier account. And people subscribe through dual opt-in methods with unsubscribtion option in each mail. Also is it possible to check current B/w usage, reboot the VPS and change the OS? Is FreeBSD 4.x possible? And we use commands like top/free etc to check current CPU/memory usage (m asking this caz on a other VPS of mine with a different provider they don't)? Is there any money back gurantee? One last thing..Do you support PayPal?

Our policy is mailing lists are ok to host, of course if we receive an excessive number of abuse complaints action will be taken. I do understand that sometimes people forget checking a box to be opted in for a list.
