It seems that nobody likes to praise the service around here, though, I have this service since April and until now I can't say nothing but good things. The support system it's fairly fast (ok, last ticket took 3 days to get answered .. but I haven't ticket it as urgent so it's understandable), you actually DO get the RAM you're promissed and you can see that you're talking to real, honest people which I haven't felt on the VPS service I had before (don't know if I can say what it was, so I guess I won't say it at all).

One thing you must keep in mind though, this is a service suitable for you if you're familiar and comfortable with a *NIX environment, otherwise just forget it, the distros require some configuration and you either have the expertise or you're a google master and you can find everything you look for.

I'm not winning any advantage on the service or on the price for this, I'm doing it on free will (still a discount would come in handy:D) and I have a suggestion for this service: - If you're already a customer and you own a VM, you should get like 10% discount on any other VMs you buy because believe me: right now, my machine fits my needs but in a near future I'd want to separate the http daemon from the mysql one and from the static content to improve speed and reliabilty but if the prices are fairly acceptable for one machine, I don't think that anyone will buy more than one because it gets expensive.

From me you get: ***** (5 stars);)

I'm quite the happy customer at the moment too. I've only been with Unixshell for nearly a month, and just upgraded my "64" to the "512" plan. For my needs it's ideal - the performance is just as good as what I could get going dedicated for $120/mo, and the extra perks (RAID, awesome control panel leading to >flexibility) make it the ideal choice.

Support is great, but it does take a while for tickets to filter through sometimes. Regardless, as Unixshell grows and additional support officers can be employed to keep up with the demand I'm sure this issue will sort itself out.
