View Full Version : tried to install Cpanel on The 32 Plan ?

Hello,

any one tried to install cpanel on the 32 plan ? , i am trying for 3 days with installing it on the server and i did`nt get any result [CentOs 3.4 , 3.5 , 4] ! , i think i cant install cpanel on the this plan because the 32 ram .

any suggestions !

:( , i was hoping that i told before buying the cpanel License.

The 32 Plan comes with 32Mb ram and 64Mb swop: A total of 96Mb memory. Cpanel ( http://www.cpanel.net/install.html ) requires at least 256Mb memory (so the "96 Plan" would meet the cPanel minimal recommendations).

cPanel would will not run on that little of an amount of RAM. You need at the very minimum 96MB.

Ok if i want to upgrade my plan (From 32 To 96) this month , How much must i pay because i paid already $7+$9 For the plan & Cpanel :)

Normally we don't pro-rate upgrades, you will just be charged the full amount on your next renew date.

You should have looked to see if cPanel would support such a low memory usage, however I agree. Whoever is activating the licence should give a warning to the customer.
