I would really like to see a kernel with SELinux built in. It is not (currently, if ever) possible to compile this as a module, so it needs to be made an available installable kernel.

You are correct, it cannot be compiled as a module. I can compiled it in as 2.6.11.10-4-xenU and that kernel is now latest-linux-2.6.
