reverse DNS setup

I would like to have reverseDNS setup for 65.254.37.179 set to paragon.adsltips.dk

Is this the correct way to handle it or should I make a support request?
Would things like this normally (when the beta is done) still be provided freely?

It's been set. Since this doesn't benefit anyone publically this would be a good issue to submit a ticket for. You can do it now, but no one besides me checks that ticket system (for now) so I can't promise extremely quick responses to it, but it's not going to take days. This is covered under " Reverse DNS assignment for your servers IP addresses" so it is free. We are actually considering re-writing our IP allocation backend and whenever we finish that you should be able to set reverse DNS for your IP's via the control panel.
