VM6 Package upgrade times

Hi,

I requested an upgrade from 64 to 96 two days ago and have not had any response to this. I was just wondering how long it will take and if there is any available capacity to upgrade me on vm6?

Actually, there is capacity. Just so busy with handling new server problems and tickets from the "Where is my account??" people so it's slowing me down dealing the other tickets. I'll try to get to you soon.
