Hello,
I need to host several websites (about 5-10), that will run my PHP script CMS. The only reason why usual shared hosting is not good for me is because I need wildcard subdomains for my websites which is hard to do with shared hosting. I am also not very savvy in Unix and Apache. Although I can read manuals - I prefer not to if possible. :)
My question is - will VPS give me any advantages? Or I will have to configure everything from scratch includig PHP and so on?

You can use DirectAdmin which is pretty easy to use once you get used to it. It will run fine on as low as a 96 (or a 64 if Apache/MySQL are tuned properly). cPanel is also an option, but requires more resources.

I am actually looking at your cheapest plan. Do you have any "trial" period for which I can have my money back?

I would not recommend any control panel on the 32, it's not really for Apache+FTP+SMTP+DNS+MySQL+etc... it's more designed for hosting a single service (ie. DNS), experimenting with the distributions we provide, backup services, etc.

We don't offer any sort of trial, been burned by them way too many times. For $7.99/mo it can almost be considered a trial compared to what others charge for similar spec accounts.
