New VS Problem

Hi, I just got the email confirming my VS subscription and it points me to a link (https://x.x.x.x:7373. Unfortunately the page doesn't come up at all...perhaps the IP emailed to me is incorrect?

I tried going into my billing options and doublechecked the ip.

Is it possible the control panel is down?

Got the exact same problem here ... I'll try again in a couple of hours and if it still doesn't work I'll file a ticket.

Hi again,

went to the console and selected "Reload OS", so far so good. Selected my OS and my root pw and got the "page not found" error. Tried to get back into my console and no go.

Did I break it?

No... see the thread in the outages forum re: VM8. There are some problems with the RAID setup and it will be a bumpy ride for tonight.
