Ticket Response Times

Hi,

I've only been a client of unixshell for a few days, but I'm thoroughly impressed. One quick question - how long does it normally take for a support ticket to get a response? I submitted one to have some new IP addresses requisitioned and I'd just like an idea on how long these kind of requests take (even just an idea on how long it is before someone is usually assigned to the ticket). Alternatively, is there a better place/way to make such requests?

In regards to your ticket there was confusion as you had requested your account to be canceled and then ordered an additional IP address. I see now you updated the first ticket to cancel the cancelation.. other than that tickets are answered within 24 hours, most of the time less. The IP request was only 3 hours ago..

No worries - sorry didn't mean to sound like I was complaining - I've actually found the service to be great and haven't ran into a single issue yet. I love the increased power Xen provides over other VM technologies too.
