Best way to order another VPS

If I am an existing Unixshell customer, is the best way to order an additional
VPS still by creating a support ticket? Or should we order through the main site?

Please advise because I submitted a ticket a few days ago, and there hasn't been any activity.

I've always submitted a support ticket and usually got a fast response. I believe it was mentioned in another post that this is the best and preferred way to do it.
