Plan availability

Is there any way to check the availability of the different types of plans. I'm thinking of getting a 2nd VM as backup and would like to know which plans are available right now and the ETA for those that are not.

My apologies if this is covered somewhere already, I searched the forums and found nothing.

Right now we can setup any size account. Normally we can, just sometimes it takes longer if we receive many sales and we need to wait on hardware.
