More than satisfied

I've been a hard core Linux guy for about 13 years. (I did my first install from a set of 42 floppy disks.)

I have been through the mill in trying to find a hosting environment which met both my needs and my budget. Oh, the horror stories I could tell about some of the big name hosting companies out there.

I have to give a big thumbs up to Matt and the UnixShell team. The uptime has been excellent and on the RARE instance when I needed support, they were prompt, efficient and courteous. All in all, things have been handled very professionally and I'm a very happy customer.

I know I gave you a bit of a hard time when I first signed on. Things seemed a bit shaky that first month. I guess everyone is entitled to a slip up or two. The good news is that with UnixShell, that's what it was limited too.

I too have been increasingly happy with the service. Though I do notice a few hiccups in connectivity, I simply am not paying enough for 99.9% uptime, nor do I need it. For the price, this service has been above and beyond my expectations.
