How long to upgrade an account?

I've made numerous requests via the "Customer Service" interface for an upgrade of my account over the last 5 days but nothing has been done. What is the exact procedure and how long should this generally take? Is there a problem that is preventing account upgrades? It would be really nice to at least get some feedback on this if it cannot be accomplished in a timely manner.

As to why it hasn't happened already, perhaps the server is maxed out.

Did you receive emails from the ticket program? (not 100% sure it sends them, but I thought it did.)
