can't access account

Signed up for an account. Got the "welcome to unixshell" email telling me to go to the Tecnic control panel. Unfortunately, any attempt to access the panel (or the ssh console) is timing out. I've noticed a few other people on the board also had this issue -- should I just wait a few more hours?

My client id is 1343, btw.

This is a brand new server... but it seems there is a problem with the on-board network card. It will be swapped out shortly.

Same problem as the guy beneath me...

same server? it worked for a bit...tried to ssh in successfully...then server going down for halt...now nothing but timeout...

Yes... we are swapping the network card now. I wanted to get it done before anyone started using their accounts for production use.
