is it possible to upgrade an unixshell account to a bigger one for free? (for free I mean with no upgrading costs thus paying more per month)

but if for example my current end date is 30/04 and i ask to upgrade now, what will I have to pay?

You pay the pro-rated amount. We are not going to give you the new plan for the old plans price..

Yep I got charged a prorated 55 cent for my 1 dollar IP. I bet the processing fee was 25 cents or more.
