after the credentials and setup intructions

Hello. I have client id 1246.

After registering and paying, I received the welcome email, with instructions for logging in to billing and support https://billing.unixshell.com, the Teknic control panel, and the ssh console.

This happened very quickly, within about 30 minutes!

After logging into the Teknic control panel, and requesting an OS, I thought I did see the OS load complete. Then I changed the login password for the user account, and tried to login over ssh, but that failed.

When I went back to the Teknic control panel, the url was unreachable, and continues to be unreachable.

What happened?

Someone (me) gave you an invalid IP... it's been corrected and setup letter resent.

Thanks for the quick response. I received the email, with the new Teknik URL. The URL is now reachable, but it doesn't show any server/vm for my account on vm4.unixshell.com.

Should I just check back a little later?

Can you try again? I just logged in via the method in the welcome letter and it shows the VM just fine..
