If you don't already have an account at Unixshell, signup for one and get yourself setup--VPS/VM and all.
If you require credit:
Contact sales@tektonic.net to cancel your current Tektonic VPS using the primary account holder's e-mail address. You should get a response and resolution during normal business hours (EST) depending on your exact request.
After this is done, you should open up a ticket with Unixshell sales/billing/support. The technician there should see your ticket and assign it to Matt (as busy as he is..) who will take care of your request for credit. He'll of course look at our Tektonic billing system, when you were canceled (and any other special criteria) and credit your Unixshell account appropriately (the quene is now at few days from what I hear).
