What exactly does (as in my case) 32 Units mean? Is this some kind of percentage or what?

Also, I love my 32mb server :) It kicks the teeth out of other shared or VPS solutions I've tried.

I've got a 32 as well. It performs very well for the silly little stuff I'm doing on it right now.
