Yeah, I signed up on the 16th as well; no server yet. I guess for $8/mo I can't be too impatient!?

Sorry, i'll see if a batch up of setups got skipped. We definitely have the room now.

Hopefully my account is in the mix. I was billed an entire week ago but haven't received any information. I am patient of course, but expect that the monthly billing cycle will not begin until my account is setup.

For setup delays it would be better to send a message to Unixshell sales' sales@unixshell.com. We're redirecting tickets that go to sales@tektonic.net to contact sales@unixshell.com

Matt is working on those setups as far as I am hearing, and everybody should be getting their accounts soon.

It isn't us being lazy or anything. We'd very much like to accommodate any customer that would like to get an account, but our datacenter isn't giving us the flexibility that we want. You can't stuff more VMs onto a server than one will actually take. It won't work because Xen can't be oversold.

That said, your wait should be only a bit longer.

I would spout off alternative solutions, but I don't think i'm at liberty to say anything about them right now (I have a boss :) ).

It is noted right on our order form right now that setups are taking 3-6 days. That has been up there for about 4 days now.

Is vm3 full already?

Yes.. all servers are full. We can't even do upgrades. We are working on a solution right now for rapid provision of servers.

but the month I paid for will only start after I'm assigned to a server, right?
