This is an emergency and I have no where else to file this, so I am posting it again:

I cannot access https://billing.unixshell.com/ and my server at 207.210.74.5 is down.

Access into vm8 seems to be intermittent. This has happened throughout the past week. Can it be related any hardware issues or device failure?

just tried your IP, and seems ok at the moment, as does the billing system.
I would e-mail support if you still have problems.
